- What happens to my accounts if we part ways?
- You can export everything at any point, no exceptions. We'll hand off cleanly with documentation, not a locked black box.
- What does your reporting actually look like?
- You'll always be able to see the raw numbers, not just our summary of them. We'd rather over-explain a number than leave you guessing.
- I already have an agency — can you just review what they're doing?
- A written audit report is usually ready within a couple of weeks. We're not offended if the audit doesn't turn into more work.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No — most engagements run month-to-month with reasonable notice to cancel. Ask us for the specific notice period for your service — it's short either way.
- What if it doesn't work?
- If a tactic isn't working after a fair test, we'll change it or drop it. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, contract or not.
- How long until I see results?
- Seasonality matters too — we'll tell you if your market has a slow stretch to plan around. You'll see progress reporting from week one, even before the bigger trends are visible.
- How do you handle communication?
- We respond to most messages within a business day. If it's urgent, say so and we'll move faster.
